Whether you’re a Torbay local or fancy a trip down to the bay - you have to stop off here for dinner.
It’s a lovely little restaurant tucked away in Preston, has a really homely authentic feel - apparently they’ve been here for 30 odd years!
But the food my god!!! Genuinely unbelievable - couldn’t fault any of it, despite the huge array of dishes we had.
The highlight for me was the yellow curry with their coconut rice… it’s possibly the best thing i’ve ever put in my mouth.
Also special mention for the starters, particularly the soup (a must try) and the salt & pepper calamari.
The ladies in there were so lovely and welcoming, food was really quick to come out and so so tasty!
Note: it is BYOB - there’s a tesco just opposite, but they do have water and soft drinks I think.

A good choice of dishes and all the ones we had were excellent both in quality and quantity. Total cost came to <£60 for 3 for 2 courses - very reasonable….Fully recommend- Service

OK. I'm really fussy with food. Last night as 8 of us cramped in here, it was so worth the wait. Num tuck (or how ever you spell it). Was the best beef I had ever had and the taste was out of this world. I love Thai, it's up there you know. But everything was done to perfection. I will be coming back, again and again and again !!!! £1 corkage to bring ur own drinks too. Lovely time .

The food here is insanely good, my Thai friend actually said the food was better here than anywhere he had eaten in Thailand! The staff are awesome.. absolutely love it

Amazing service... beautiful food. My sister and family are regulars. It is extremely busy which is a great sign. Beautiful food.. warm plates . Attention to detail was second to none. My first experience. It now will be my place of choice to eat out.

I really enjoyed my paneng beef curry and satay chicken. This was cooked to perfection and was an enjoyable experience. The place was busy staff are busy and the food was just amazing. I recommend that if you enjoy Thai food come here and you won't be disappointed.

I lived in Thailand for 4 years.This is the best Thai food I have had since then which was 40 years ago! The Padthai and Tom Kha were excellent. Staff very friendly and funny. Open kitchen. It is small so you need to book. We were in the Torquay area for 10 days and we went twice. I would have gone back more but for 6 of the days it was a bit too far. We ordered lots of food but the prices were very reasonable.

Honestly one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve been to. Lovely friendly staff, homely atmosphere and DELICIOUS food! Everything was so reasonable priced especially compared to other meals we’ve had in Totnes and the surrounding areas. We spent about £55, got 6 dishes and had an entire meal left to eat tomorrow! Gutted we live in London as we’d be here every week if not!
